This marmalade is made with the best ingredients and following an entirely artisanal process in Cádiz by our friend Lola, who owns a country house with hundreds of different fruit trees. She really wants to keep all the process as traditional as possible, so she selects every piece of fruit that goes into the jar, peels it off and takes out the pulp and then cooks it as your grandmother would.
This marmalade is cooked in the end of spring, only with strawberries and lemons from her garden and some sugar. She also adds a touch of blood orange juice to the mixture that makes it perfect. You can really see the fruit in this one, which makes it perfect to pair with pancakes, yoghurt and cake.
