It is also delicious on toast and spread on cookies. It is made in a small factory in Cantabria. The technique is homemade and the production is small and select. It is considered of special importance to preserve the artisanal and traditional character in the elaboration, which is why the use of any industrial machinery and the elements of large-scale production are expressly excluded in the process.
