Posada Marron Glacé
Marron glacé is a confection product, typical in northern Spain and Southern France which consist of a candied chestnut. These are produced selecting the best Galician chestnuts and using traditional methods, with no preservatives or colorings.
José Posada was a Galician who in the year 1955 began exporting chestnuts to Brazil. Now his company focuses on the production of Galician cuisine: turnips, chestnuts and almond.
