Special Selection Manchego Cheese
This delicious sheep's cheese is made with raw sheep's milk and is produced using artisan techniques. The cheese is left to mature for at least 10 months to create the strong, blunt, yet balanced flavour! It is perfect to enjoy on a warm and sunny afternoon with some fresh bread and marmalade, or mixed into a salad.
Ingredients: sheep's milk, natural lamb rennet, salt and lysozyme (derived from eggs).
