Sea Urchin Caviar

The sea urchin caviar is exclusively from the Galician Rivers. It is a very flavourful and luxurious delicacy with a laborious process of manufacture which consists of extracting the whole eggs from the sea urchins and cleaning them with great care. These are perfect to have by themselves, so you can taste the full flavour of the sea whilst eating this rich Spanish delicacy.
