Basil-Infused Olive Oil
This virgin olive oil is obtained from Arbequina (one of the best varieties here in Spain) olives, hand-picked around October, and cold-pressed together with sweet basil. Great for pasta, drizzled over tomatoes or cheesy dishes.
There's no bigger pleasure than eating bread with olive oil. A little salt, the best bread you can find and some of this liquid gold that comes from Baix Camp de Tarragona, in Catalonia.
