Cocidito Madrileño Pack

This pack allows you to make and serve your very own traditional dish from Madrid! It is the perfect gift for foodies, anyone who  has nostalgic memories of Madrid, or anyone who wants to learn how to make and try one of the most famous and typical dishes from Spain's capital. 

The 'Cocidito Madrileño' is a chickpea stew with vegetables, meat and sausages. It was created and made by Spanish working classes  and was served in taverns and pubs, however there are also elegant and luxurious restaurants in Madrid, that serve this typical dish, such as the Lardhy who have served it since 1890. 

This pack includes: a pewter soup bowl; a second pewter soup bowl; a pewter ladle; a tin of 'Callos de la Madrileña' (a stewed tripe dish from Madrid); and a tin of Cocido Madrileño (chickpea based stew from Madrid). This selection of products is beautifully packaged in a gift box, ready to gift to a loved one!
