White Tuna Belly in Olive Oil

This delicious, white long fin tuna belly is one of the most popular and appreciated conserved fish in Spain, the tuna belly is especially tasty! It is so versatile and easy to use, you can add it to anything you want to!

'La ventresca' is a very luxurious part of the tuna fish, it is located near the head and the very bottom of the fish. It has an exquisite, smooth and delicate flavour and texture compared to the other parts of the tuna.
