Scorpion Fish Paté
This delicious scorpion fish paté is perfect for canapés, with friends or to spread on some toasted bread for a luxurious snack. Scorpion Fish is known in Spain as Cabracho and it is a rockfish found in the Cantabrian Sea with a great flavour despite all the bones it has.
The paté is made using 50 year old artisan techniques in Asturias, with produce from the precious Cantabrian sea, in the north of Spain.. Why not give this delicious tin of paté as a gift, so that the recipient can try the northern flavours of this Spanish delicacy.
Ingredients: red scorpion fish (40%), hake, tomatoes, butter, milk protein, powdered egg, wine, pepper and salt.
